Returns

Items can be returned for any reason within 7 days after leaving our store for a full refund.

You can bring back the item or use a delivery service.  Unless the item arrives to you damaged, the consumer pays for return delivery.

In store pick-up

After you have placed your order, you can pick up in our  store at 20 Main Street, Suite D, Windsor Locks, CT. We are open every day of the week, Monday through Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m, Thursday/Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sat/Sun 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There is a few spots around the store that you can pickup your piece of furniture at (ask one of our employees where to park).

We encourage you to bring some blankets to protect your furniture and your car.

Delivery

Scheduling: We try to get you your stuff fast and at the time convenient for you. No waiting for 6 weeks or packages left outside your door with our delivery service. If you select delivery at checkout our delivery service will call you to schedule a time.

Our Delivery Service: We will wrap your items in furniture blankets and deliver your products fully assembled in the room of your choice exactly where you want it and leave behind no packing materials. 

Where: We deliver locally within 50 miles of our store.

If you are outside of our delivery area, you can request a custom freight quote. Smaller furniture items and accessories can usually be sent with UPS. We get many out of state requests regarding shipping; while we don’t offer long distance shipping, some customer have had success using www.uship.com to have their purchase shipped to their location. 

Shipments

We get about 2 to 5 new shipments per week of all unique stuff.  To be alerted to new shipments, you can sign up for our email newsletter on the front page
